Hello,
This is going to be difficult to explain so I’d actually like to PM a mod and have them look through an FTP to find out what is causing the issue.
I have modified enfold pretty intensely but my main issue is permalinks. Even before I started modifying enfold I could never get the permalinks to work. It instantly breaks my entire website. The ONLY solution I have found is to use this as my permalinks which is beyond ugly and very SEO unfriendly….
/index.php/sample-post/
As you can see I have to put index.php before the post title… So my website links all look like this….
http://talkon.ca/index.php/home-phone/To make matters worse, because of the way I need my links set up… I cannot post internal links, they never work…. I cannot post /features/this-awesome-post/ because of the index.php permalink section.
I am using the clients server which I have never used a private server before, they actually are hosting their entire database on their own infrastructure that holds about 100 racks. They have given me access to part of it to do the couple of websites. I however am at a loss of words for this error.
I have never had an issue with permalinks before. I also tried modifying the .htaccess file but still had no luck.
I actually think it maybe something extremely simple that I have overlooked which is why I would love for someone to just take a peak in the backend.
If this seems like too much work for theme support I would be happy to pay anyone who fixes this solution.

Unfortunately there isn’t a lot we can do to help with permalink issues as they are typically a WordPress/server issue. The codex has some good troubleshooting steps you can take here: http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Permalinks#Fixing_Permalink_Problems
And if its a windows server you may be in for a major headache. It could also just be a case of clearing out the htaccess file and letting WordPress re-build it but with permalink issues there is no guarantee.
