Permalink problem after update

After I updated Enfold to the latest release I have the following problem with permalinks. If I create a ‘no parent’ page, its name and slug are correct but if I create a child page the slug gets a number added. For instance…. I create a page named CBN as a no parent page => its url is rendered as http://www.mysite.com/cbn which is correct. I assign that page to a parent page (as my-brands) the url comes out like http://www.mysite.com/my-brands/cbn-2 instead of http://www.mysite.com/my-brands/cbn. It behaves like when a page with the same slug already exists but that’s not the case… Why is this happening? My permalink setup is correct…and set to postname as usual. Never had such problem before updating the theme. Any hint? Thank you!
