permalink issue with portfolio items – fixed

update: I removed the “podcasts” from the optional category and tag base and that fixed the problem. I guess I wasn’t sure what those fields were used for.

I am working on a staging site and have many portfolio items I imported.
They show up fine in the portfolio grid but the individual items are not found, even though the urls are correct and all the files are there on the backend. I also can’t see a preview or view page from the backend when I am editing the portfolio items. I saved my permalinks many times.
can you help me with this?
