Hi there,
I’ve used Enfold for two years now and love it! Thank you for such an amazing theme. During these2 years I’ve had an occasional issue (three or four times so far): from time to time my portfolio galleries stop showing on their respective pages. When I log in and take a look at the page I can see that the portfolio categories have been deselected. I re-select them, save and all is fixed. Not a huge problem, but I don’t always notice the issue right away and the galleries are a vital part of my website. Can you tell me what could be causing this odd problem?

I think you already re-selected the categories again so I don’t think we can be of further help at the moment. Did you update the theme prior to the issue? Aside from the update, I’m not sure what could be causing the issue. Please check the galleries before and after the update.

IsmaelI just updated Enfold and double checked all gallery pages – all seems just fine. Logging this to help us track the issue.
It hasn’t been fixed, we’re trying to figure out what is causing this periodic disappearance of my galleries. It does not seem to happen just after I update the theme as was previously suggested. I’d like to keep this thread open until it’s resolved, and will let you know when it happens again.
