    Hello there
    Enfold 4.5 – WP 4.9.8
    in my admin – Performance settings panel, 2 settings are missing in Change WordPress defaults :
    Disable jQuery Migrate & Load jQuery in your footer
    see below

    hello i am having the same issue, i do not see performance either and so i cannot disable “merging and compression” for CSS and JS files

    Hi totoro,

    Those settings are not there when there are no plugins installed. The will appear when you install a plugin.

    You’re running the version if the theme that does not have those settings, they were added in later versions.
