    Hello,
I am using the Mansorny Gallery on my page and linked each picture with a .pdf file. Until last week, all pdf’s appeared correctly in a separate browser window. Now with Firefox there are some graphic elements within my pdf files which are not visible anymore
In IE, the “blue bars” within the .pdf show correct.Very strange. Chrome also works fine.

Can you please have a look on it and let me know what setting might be wrong?

    Michael

    Hey!

Are you using a PDF plugin such as this one – https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-post-to-pdf-enhanced/? If not, please try it

    Best regards,
    Yigit

    Hello Yigit,
I think that’s misunderstanding. I am trying to link the gallery pics with the related pdf file. I am not aiming to transform a wp-post into a pdf.

Can you please have a look again.

    Thanks
    Mike

    Hi!

I don’t think it’s a theme related issue, as the theme is not responsible for the display behavior of an external PDF document. However, I suggest to get the newest firefox version. Try to check with a default WordPress theme.

    Best regards,
    Andy

Andy, does it show correct on your end?

    Hi!

no, I can see what you mean. Did you try to check with a default WordPress theme?

    Regards,
    Andy

No, honestly I am scared to change the theme now as it is a live page. The .pdf display worked until last week and I did not touch that gallery area. Please kindly login if you have any idea what could be the reason. It remains very strange to me.

    Hey!

I checked the site on firefox, clicked one of the masonry items and it opened up the pdf file without any issue: http://www.eptctasiapacific.org/wp-content/uploads/Mongolia_fact_sheet_2013.pdf

    Cheers!

    Hi!

we have no idea what it could be right now. That is why we told you to activate a default WordPress theme and check again (you don’t need to be afraid, as you won’t loose anything by switching theme). Because then you will know for sure if it’s a theme related issue or not. Please tell us about your results.

    Cheers!
    Andy
