Hello Support,
When I drag PDFs into the media library on my latest Enfold site it’s changing the colors of the PDF once it’s uploaded. See attached sample. The small sample in the lower right hand corner is what it should look like.
Thanks in advance for your help.

I’ve added the test URL for the site below. It’s on WP Engine.com.
Thanks for your help and have a great day
GaryApril 8, 2017 at 7:26 am #774334Hi Gary,
I’m pretty sure this isn’t an issue with out theme, so it would be considered a general WordPress question. Could you link to a page where we can see the actual problem though? I’m guessing the problem is that layout the pdf file is saved in is not supported by the browser in some way.
Best regards,
RikardApril 10, 2017 at 6:49 pm #775591Rikard, Good morning.
I just did a test and it looks like it’s just the media library image preview of the PDF.
I’ve put a link to the test page below. The page has a JPG thumbnail image of the PDF with a link and a button. They both open the PDF and it looks correct. But if you preview the PDF image when uploaded to the media library it looks like the original image I attached. Thanks for your help, GaryApril 10, 2017 at 8:50 pm #775632Hi!
The colors have not changed but you have to check the upload / conversion settings of the upload image
It seems they are been conversed on the media gallery, that is the issueBest regards,
