    I have purchased and downloaded Enfold all files and documentation and unzipped the main themeforest file. When I then tried to unzip the enfold file it said I needed a password and would not unzip properly. I deleted the folder and downloaded the whole thing again but it did this another time. What do I do as it has never done this before?

    Hi Linda!

    There should not be a password on the file. You are downloading the package from ThemeForest, is that correct?

    I bought and downloaded it from themeforest. ok I will try unzipping it again. The first themeforest folder unzips fine, it is the enfold one that doesn’t. It stops about a quarter of the way in and says the files are password protected and I have to cancel the unzipping…I will email you again if I can’t get it to work…Thanks

    Hi!

    Do you mind uploading the file you have downloaded from ThemeForest to your server (and tell us where) and post FTP credentials here privately so we can try installing the theme for you?
