I’m using the Partner/Logo Element on one of our client’s websites, but when I add additional logos they aren’t showing up. On the page linked in the private content I added 7 logos in the Partner/Logo Element displayed under “Platinum Sponsors”, but only 4 are displaying. I have it set to “grid” now. But if I change it to “Slider” it still doesn’t show the additional logos.

September 20, 2016 at 2:01 pm #689202Hi,
are you using any caching? does it work when building a new page and try again? Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)Best regards,
AndySeptember 20, 2016 at 2:09 pm #689217Hi Andy,
No, I’m not using any caching other than whatever my browser would cache when viewing the website. I created a test page (link below) and had no issues adding the 4 initial logos and publishing the page/feature. But when I added additional logos, I wasn’t able to see them and it still only shows 4 logos.Feel free to deactivate plugins to test things if you would like.

check again your test page. I deactivated all your plugins and build a new Parter Logo Element, which displays all the images correctly.

AndySeptember 21, 2016 at 1:30 pm #689777Hi Andy,
I could see your new test partner logo area. However, I added another image to it and now it is only displaying one image. I also still don’t see all the images in my test above that. It still only displays the original 4 logos. It seems like the tool works when you create a new instance of it, but if you add to it or edit it, you don’t see those changes. I deleted both of the tests on that page and created a new one from scratch and all the logos I added displayed fine. I added another logo after publishing it as well and it displayed too. But when I did it a second time, it didn’t work again. So whatever is happening seems to be inconstant. I think for now I’ll just delete all the instances of the feature and create it again from scratch with the final logos we want to display. If I need to add a new logo, I’ll do the same and recreate a new one.
September 21, 2016 at 1:48 pm #689788Hi,
this does not happen for me. First I added 4 images, then I add another 2 and then another image. At first deactivate all your plugins and then give it a new try.
Best regards,
