See the site in the private content below and notice the ticker of product categories on the home page under the slider. Is there a way to alter the Partner/Logo Element so it crawls like this? Or perhaps have it move one image at a time instead of one entire set of images?

It would take a lot of time and code to implement so it would have to be considered custom work. Consider creating a feature request here, https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/, and if it gets enough interest then we may see something get added in a future update.
