Hi, I have a partner/logo element on the front page of my site. It has three sections to arrow through. The first section always loads, but the 2nd and 3rd only load partially until you scroll through a few times. I’ve converted all my images to webp to help with loading time. I have a caching plugin. But is there some setting I can change to get those to load so that they show on the first scroll through?

    Hey jmjwebsites,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

The images on the homepage seem to be loading correctly when we checked the site. Did you fix the issue?

    Best regards,
    Ismael

All I did was convert them to webp, but the images on the 2nd and 3rd scroll still don’t all load for me the first time. I have to scroll through twice for all 6 images to populate.

    Hi,

Thanks for the update. The images are all loading fine on my end as well, did you try using a private or incognito browser window?

    Best regards,

I just did – only the first two images on the 2nd and 3rd scroll initially loaded. I know it’s looking fine for you, but can you tell me what you would recommend I check or change if it weren’t? Thanks.

    Hi,

Try disabling the lazyloading at Enfold Theme Options ▸ Performance ▸ Responsive Images And Lazy Loading ▸ Lazy Loading
and if you have a caching plugin that also has lazyloading, disable it too.
Then disable Enfold Theme Options ▸ Performance ▸ JS & CSS file merging and compression and clear your browser cache and check again.

    Best regards,
    Mike

Thank you so much. That’s seemed to help on my end. I appreciate it.
