Thanks for that. The FTP details seem to be working, but it’s not listing any files or folders. The connection seems to time out, please check the status messages in private.

Thanks for the update. I’m not all that familiar with that plugin, does it support dropping in a whole folder? I wanted to ask you first, instead of simply trying. If it doesn’t, then it would take a very long time to drag the files in one by one. If you can whitelist my IP, then that would likely be better. Please see private.

Also please try updating the theme to 4.9.2.1 when it becomes available at Themeforest, we uploaded it earlier today.
