    Hi –
I’m experiencing strange behavior with the partner / logo element in v4.4.1. I’ve configured the element as a “slider” with 6 columns. Here’s what’s weird – when I preview the page the element works fine – one row of 6 logos with arrows to move thru the logos. HOWEVER, when I update the page, and view it, the partner / logo element displays as a grid – all logos are shown. The navigation arrows also appear and when I click on them, 1 row of the grid slides off the screen. I’ve tried in 4 browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge and IE) and have cleared browser cache in each. Is this a bug in the partner / logo element?

Thanks in advance for the help!

    Hi,

Thanks for that, though I can’t see anything obvious going wrong unfortunately. Could you try to disable all plugins to see if there is a conflict coming from any of them please?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard –

Thanks for your help and taking a look. I disabled ALL plugins and experience the same result. It does not appear to be an issue with a plugin conflict.
I did try the partner/logo element in a site running Enfold 4.3.1 (see private content for link). It seems to work fine in v4.3.1 regardless of browser.

Any other thoughts on how to fix my issue with the logo element?

    Thanks,
    Jon

    Hi Jon,

Thanks for the feedback. Could you also try to disable all the features under Enfold->Performance please? One of those functions could create that to not display properly.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard –
The problem seems to be with the “Disable Template Builder Elements” on the Performance page. When I choose “Always load all elements”, the partner / logo widget works correctly. When I choose either “Load only used elements” or “Manually load elements” and check several elements my site does not use, the partner / logo element always displays as a grid.

I think we’ve found the issue. Please advise when there’s a fix.

    Thanks!
    Jon

    Hi otavioef,

Great, glad you found this solution and sorry for the problems. We should hopefully have a fix available for his in the next update of the theme.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
