Hi,
I’m trying to show a partner/logo element in my footer. I’ve used your guide to find the shortcode for the element (which is already created and for now is shown separately on each page), and I’ve copied the shortcode into the footer through the “text” widget. Also, I’ve set the footer to have 1 column (so that the logos will show across the full site) and to be shown, in the theme options.
But still no logo/partner element.
What am I doing wrong?

Did you try to put some content into the element before you copied the shortcode? It looks like it doesn’t have any content and is therefore not displayed.
Best regards,

Ok, I think that is the problem. Please try to complete the element on a page first, then try copy the shortcode into the widget. I think it should work then.

RikardJanuary 22, 2018 at 12:51 pm #900778… But that’s exactly what I’ve done to begin with: I made the element on the page, then used the magic wand to get the shortcode and then placed the shortcode in the footer. What should I do differently?
January 23, 2018 at 7:12 am #901215Hi,
That won’t work because the shortcode will be the same each time, please activate debug mode in order to see builder shortcodes: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/. Then you can copy the entire finished shortcode from the box under the layout builder.
Best regards,
Rikard -
