Recently, partner logos and Google map which were added via “media elements” diapered from all pages. I removed them and added again and they still do not show. I tried disabling all the new plug ins. still those elements do not appear. Any suggestions?

You most likely need to update Enfold. The latest version is 3.0.4. See here for updating via FTP, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/update-theme-files-with-ftp/.
