I’ve tried removing countdown timer and the google map but it still crashes.

Could you please provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can take a closer look? You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Cheers!

July 29, 2015 at 10:07 am #480102If this can’t be solved.. then i have to choose the inevitable of breaking up the one page design over several pages..
because even safari also have frequent reload problem.

July 30, 2015 at 9:01 am #480557Hi,
What’s the URL for the login page? I tried both /wp-admin and /home-2/wp-admin but none of them worked.
Best regards,

July 31, 2015 at 8:16 am #481129Hi,
Could you change the account to admin please? I couldn’t really do anything but I saw that you had a caching plugin active, please try to disable all plugins while testing.
Thanks,

August 3, 2015 at 6:39 am #481891Hi,
Sorry for the late reply and thanks for the admin access, do we have permission to disable plugins temporarily for testing purposes?
Best regards,
RikardAugust 3, 2015 at 8:17 am #481931Hi you may just activate seed prod maintenance mode and proceed or proceed with deactivating plugins for testing purpose without the above step.
Do whatever you need…and help me troubleshoot pls, else the message ding dong is going to make us delay this troubleshooting for another week due to our time differences
August 4, 2015 at 5:47 am #482495Hi,
I tried disabling all plugins but with the same result unfortunately. I’m not sure what could be the issue here, could you try updating to the latest version, 3.2.3, in case some files have become corrupt? You might have to create a mobile version though, you could hide show elements with CSS, we can help you out with that if necessary.
Thanks,
RikardAugust 4, 2015 at 8:21 am #482559I’m thinking it may be a memory crash….
If on mobile, I can use CSS to display a smaller version of the images for the parallax that would be great.
August 6, 2015 at 4:28 am #483653Hi,
I think so too, I think only newer phones can cope with a page like that unfortunately. What I would do in your situation is to create new sections for mobile and hide them/show the appropriate ones with CSS, let us know if you should need any help in your process.
Thanks,
Rikard -
