    Can I add code to customize CSS setting for a parallax effect? I would like the background image to scroll less and in a downward direction. Maybe only 75px or so. Also, where exactly would I enter the code? In the Quick CSS section?

    Thank you for the link. I went to it and inserted the parallax filter code into the functions.php file as directed. The ratio change didn’t seem to have any effect. I tied changing the ratio from 0.1 up to 0.9 and it appears to be the same.

    Is there a way to change the parallax scrolling direction?

    My ultimate desire is to have the background image barely move downward.

    Hi,

    Can you post a link to the page that you want to change the parallax effect? so we can inspect further. You can put it in Private Content section when you reply so only moderators can see. I have tested the code and it works fine, the default is 0.3 and changing it to 0.1 or even change it to 0.01.

    You can’t do that unfortunately, would you be able to upload your work to a live server somewhere maybe?
