    Parallax not working on PC IE 9, or Chrome and Mozilla. It works fine on all mac browsers. Is there a fix? or does is work on IE 10 or 11?

    Here is website the home page graphic with Testimonial overlay should be parallax.

    Hey hillphoenix!

    it should work with newest Browser version, so please try with IE 11.
