Hello
I’m working on a website http://www.opkotbrugge.be.
At the bottom I made a content section, with a parallax image.
I set it on middle middle. But when I scroll the page, a white stroke above the image is displayed instead of showing the rest of the image. The image is 2000 x 1500 px.How can I fix this?

Still the same problem.
Parallax is not working well. Is it because it is the last section in de page before the footer?
Best regards

I can’t see any parallax effect at all there, could you please provide us with a screenshot highlighting the issue? Also, what browser and version you are using when you are getting the error.

RikardMarch 27, 2015 at 10:58 am #419204Sorry, I did just the test with 3 other computers, windows7 with chrome en IE and windows 8.1 with safari. All these browsers giving the same problem. It was the first time for these browsers to open the website.
Did you check on other computers?
Thanks.
March 28, 2015 at 4:41 pm #419851Hi!
We added an auto resize script and the background seems to snap back after less than a second or when the layer slider started. Please remove browser cache then reload the page.
Best regards,
IsmaelApril 11, 2015 at 9:41 am #426979We still have some troubles on some computers. It was solved for some time, but I see sometimes the same problem.
What can I do to fix this? My costumer is getting a bit angry about it. I removed browser cache on his windows computer on firefox, IE and chrome.
He sees this problem on the 3 browsers. I can see this problem on my mac with safari and chrome.April 13, 2015 at 4:12 am #427267Hi!
Is this happening on all pages with the parallax background? What happens when you remove the empty 1/3 columns inside the color section? If possible, please recreate the home page in a test page. Use the “Template” button to save the template. On the test page, remove the color section with the issue, update the page then add it back.
Cheers!
