Hi,
I am unfortunately experiencing the exact problem as documented in this thread. My color background sections with an image as the background, when using the parallax effect, have started to very consistently load with a huge margin at the top.
Just like the other thread, when I resize the window the issue is resolved, but this is not helpful because I don’t want users to have to resize the window to see the site correctly!
This is the page as it first loads (note huge white space):
This is the page after browser window resize:
Thanks in advance for your help with solving this issue!
Hey vailjazz!
Are you sure your using the latest version of Enfold 3.1.3? Double check that and send us a link to your page so we can take a look.
Cheers!
Elliott
Hi Elliott or whoever is the active moderator at this point,
I am STILL experiencing the issue as documented in this thread. I’ve included a link to the page with the issue so you can take a look.
I have looked through the Enfold forums and this exact issue has cropped up for several years in a row, but cannot find a single suggested fix that solves the issue. As reiterated by several other users, this problem is A) intermittent, B) solved when browser window is resized, C) incredibly frustrating.
Please advise!!

Hi!
Thank you for using Enfold.
Is this happening on a Safari browser? I can’t reproduce it on Chrome. Did you try the solution that we provided in the previous thread? I’m not sure if that’s going to help because in the other thread, the issue only occurs if a layer slider is present in the page.
Best regards,
Ismael
