See attached screenshot for reference. This happens very randomly. Is there some CSS code that will eliminate this?
Hey mjdonald!
Are there any known ways to duplicate this error?
Is there a chance that it is browser specific?
Best regards,
Dake
I have not been able to duplicate the problem. Like I said before, it is very random. We have multiple pages on the site that utilize this effect and issue is very random on those pages as well.
The issue is not browser specific – I have had same issue in Firefox, Safari and Chrome.
Hey!
I refreshed the page several times and still cant get the error to happen.
I’ll keep trying, but if it ever happens to you again please inspect the white area and send us a screenshot like the one below so we can atleast have an idea of what is happening:

attached is a screenshot as you requested…
Hey!
Thanks for the screenshot :)
May we have temporary access to your website, so we can take a closer look?

Hey!
I’m getting an invalid username error when trying to log in.
Best regards,
Dake
try again:
Hey!
I’m not seeing any obvious signs as to why that’s happening (outside of a possible parallax issue.
I’ll need further access to your theme options (the current test account doesn’t have that permission).
Also, if the error ever happens again, please inspect the blank area in the upper half.

Dake
you now have admin access.
Also, I’ve attached a screenshot with the white bar area selected in Inspector.
Hi!
Can you try using the “fixed” Background Attachment on one page as a test to see if the white bar reappears.

the white bar does NOT appear when using “fixed” setting
Hi!
I see,
In that case it’s either a resolution issue with parallax or it’s computer specific.
Have you noticed the parallax error on any other devices (including different laptops/screens etc.)
Best regards,
Dake
