    My parallax effect with Enfold is only working on a desktop and not mobile devices.
    How can this be fixed?

    I’m also interested to see how this can be done the best. There must be some guidelines to ideal or optimal imagine dimension and settings for the Color Section to make this work?

    Hi Cami_B,

    There is limited support for the parallax effect in mobile browsers unfortunately, it depends on the browser you are using basically.

    You can request a refund at Themeforest, where you bought the theme.

    Hi Rikard,

    Support is great thanks! Isn’t it possible to look at adding 3 image links for the Color section with Parallax – i.e. when you select parallax you can provide 3 image links, 1 for desktop, one for mobile portrait and 1 for mobile landscape?

    This should solve all the issues with scaling on desktop vs mobile etc.

    Hi Johann,

    There is nothing like that in the theme at the moment, but if you are looking to have greater control over a Color Section on different screen sizes then you can duplicate the element and select to show/not show the element on the screen sizes of your choice in the Screen Options tab of each element.

    I requested my refund 5 days ago. When I go to check on the status it says “in progress”.

    It’s a bit like an old marriage; you’re willing to work on it, or you give up directly because something doesn’t suit you. But you should not just give up on a well-functioning marriage in which everything fits except for one obstacle.
