    How do I create a parallax?

    I have tried everything.

    Creating a color section with a picture background, and making it “fixed”. Then adding text fields onto the color section aswell.

    When I do this, and scroll – the text scrolles outside the parallax.

    Please help

    Hi haekke!

    I create the basic effect in this video if that is what you are looking for:

    The theme right now doesn’t have more in depth parallax functionality (like controlling specific elements as you scroll) but the basics is a fixed background with content above/below it.

    So if on your page you only have a color section and nothing else the effect will be lose. See if the video above helps and if not lets take a look at your site/page live and we can try and help from there.
