    Hi there. Check out the footer on this theme demo: https://hair-beauty.vamtam.com/home-layouts/home-barber/ Look for the black band at the bottom that includes the About Contact and Get Offers blocks.

    Is there any way to make an entire section (including the content of the section) have this effect and not just the background image?

    Hey Kevin,

    There is nothing like that in the theme by default unfortunately, so you would have to find a third party plugin or code to implement such functionality.
