Paralax demo not allowing navigation to subpages

I have a client that really loved the way the Agency Paralax Demo functions and he wanted me to use it to build him a website. It was way more complicated than I thought it was going to be and wasn’t as easy to do what he wanted, so I ended up building the mobile version of the site using the paralax settings and non-mobile using just grid blocks. The issue now is that I cannot navigate to another page, outside of the home page. Do I need to go back to the standard install and add all of the customizations again or what should I do here? I can of course navigate to the subpages when I’m logged in, but if I open up a browser that isn’t logged in it just keeps bringing me right back to the top of the home page.
