Good afternoon,
I paid for an additional six months of support, however, I don’t see my question posted in the forum. Can you show me how to add it properly?
Here is my forum question: I added the API key to my website to update the theme. However, the theme says 3.1.5. Your website version is 3.8. How do I get this upgrade?
Sorry for posting here, but my question isn’t showing in the forum.
Thanks,

After logging in, you can start new threads here – https://kriesi.at/support/forum/enfold/#new-post
Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.
If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest :/
Best regards,

Thank you for your response. Are you or someone else able to call me to walk through the update? I’m just afraid to make these types of changes to my site. My number is (603) 926-1318. I would really appreciate it!
January 17, 2017 at 8:31 pm #734961Hi Michelle!
Sorry but we only provide support through our support forum.
Please register here – https://kriesi.at/support/register/ if you have not already and then post WP admin logins and FTP logins here privately. Also, please upload enfold.zip on your server and tell us where so we can update the theme for you
Best regards,
YigitJanuary 18, 2017 at 6:48 pm #735476Hello again,
It looks like when I enter this code, it says another account already owns it. Perhaps I have two accounts? I can’t create a login for the forum.
41122568-8dd0-4f2d-be60-362d5c3670c7Also, I do have enfold.zip on my system from 2015. Here is the path: C:\Users\Michelle\AppData\Local\Temp\Temp1_themeforest-4519990-enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme.zip\enfold.zip
Please have someone login to update my theme.
Thank you, Michelle
January 19, 2017 at 1:25 pm #735831Hey Michelle,
Please contact your hosting provider and ask for FTP logins and then post them here privately. Also, the file path is on your computer which means we cannot access it.

YigitJanuary 19, 2017 at 4:31 pm #735943Michelle PerronGuestYeah!!!! Thank you. Are you able to help with the Avia Layout Builder? The top post, “Tail Coverage Malpractice Insurance: Everything a Physician Needs to Know” shows the Yoast SEO with a yellow light for keywords not being in the H2 header and having the keywords in the first paragraph is showing red (first item on SEO list.).
January 20, 2017 at 7:34 am #736261Hi,
Great, glad we could help :-)
The problem you are describing with Yoast is well known but it’s something we haven’t found a solution to yet unfortunately. The reason that is happening is that the output when using our builder is entirely in shortcode, and the Yoast plugin cannot read that, thus indicating that you don’t have the correct content. That is not the case in reality though, your content is there and your SEO results won’t be affected by this.
Best regards,
Rikard -
