    I’ve read all the other threads on this, and I’ve seen the wp-includes code-replacement solution – which will not work for me, as I have Pagely managed hosting and I do not have access to this folder at all.

    Worse, I submitted all the information provided in various Kriesi support threads to Pagely, and their contention is that it is not a WP core issue but rather an issue with Enfold.

    Whoever is right, I’m stuck in the middle with a huge product catalog and NO ability to proceed to a new page.

    Can someone advise as to when this will be fixed in Enfold? If it IS a WP core issue, then Enfold needs to change to accommodate it. If not, then it’s strictly an Enfold issue and that makes it even more urgent of a repair.

    Hey charger70!

    For your information, there is no way a theme can fix a WP core issue. We can only provide you instructions to fix the issue on related WP file. However if you update WordPress to 4.4.2 and Enfold to 3.4.7, you should not have any issues with pagination. Please make sure that you are using the updated version of both.

    Hi Yigit.

    We have an impasse here, i’m afraid. the support people at Pagely say the issue is with the theme. You say the issue is with the core WP software. In the meantime, my customer cannot use pagination on their products. Please see an example of it in the private link.

    The site is at 4.4.2 and the theme is at 3.4.7, as you noted.

    Where do we go from here? with manged hosting, I cannot change core WP files.

    Please edit the config-templatebuilder > aviashortcodes > productslider.php file, replace everything with this: http://pastebin.com/2KicBHrQ

    Make sure that you didn’t do any modification in the wp-includes > query.php or canonical.php file.

    Ismael – as usual, you are a TRUE GENIUS.

    as noted earlier, i use Pagely managed hosting, so the only files I can even touch via SFTP are in wp-content; everything else is locked down.

    this worked. will it be included in a future theme update, or will i need to continue to update it each time?

    I’m not sure if it will be included in a future release, so for the time being at least you will have to do this fix manually. Glad we could help :-)

    Thanks for the heads-up, Rikard. Hopefully it makes it into an update! if not, I will perform this mod with each Enfold update.
