Hello!
For some time now I can’t make any changes in my website.
I’ve changed the look of my website (colors, front etc.) due custom css (customizer), but if I want to make changes through the dashboard or want to add products etc, the pages won’t update.
if I go to the theme, general layout and the pages everything is folded out.
I’ve tried several thing like reinstall the theme, reinstall a back up from a month ago, but I can’t find a reason how this accidentally appear.
Have you received any other issues like this lately?

A plugin conflict may be one of the reasons for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to the latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.

We already tried this but still, nothing has changed. I did it again, exactly the way you say but it hasn’t worked unfortunately.
I’ve contacted my hostingcompany aswell, and they checked it on server lever, but they think the theme update has overwritten the update option and add new product option.Hope you can help me solve this problem.

Can you try to update it to the latest version of Enfold? version 4.2.6, if that doesn’t work, please give us ftp access, so we can check further and try to debug and also give us permission to deactivate all/some plugins temporarily so we can isolate the issue.

I’ve entered the username and the api key but I can’t even save those changes. (to update the theme)
It currently runs on 4.0.7 so it could be that. But like I said can’t update to 4.2.6.

Hi try to do that with your tutorial but the file transfer stops at 3603 transfers. I have try that several time, but always the same issue. I give you my login in private at the post above. so maybe can you give it a try. thanks in advance

I’ve changed themes to check if another theme has the same problem or that it is a problem with a plugin, that is not the case so it must me the theme which contains an error.
Could you try to update the theme in my site cause a you can see in the post above it does not work.Thank you!

I’m sorry but we can’t update or install the theme for any users as stated on our support policy. Please hire someone if you’re having difficulty updating the theme.
