    I have four WP (4.5.3) websites that are using the ENFOLD Theme versions 3.6, 3.4.7, 3.2.3, and 3.2.1. The one I’m having a problem with is the 3.6 version. I was making changes to the pages earlier and all was fine. I signed off and returned about an hour later and now I can’t edit any pages because they won’t load. Also, changes to the theme won’t save. Only plug-in installed is Yoast SEO version 3.2.5. Help Please.

    I tried updating Enfold from WP Dashboard and after “spinning” for quite a while, get a message “saving didn’t work – please reload the page and try again”

    I uploaded the current version via FTP and the entire site disappeared. I restored the site with File and Directory backups from a week before the incident and the site is back. However, I still cannot update the site because the pages won’t open with the Avia Editor. Again, the other three Enfold sites I maintain are still working.

    Hi,

    delete all Enfold files via FTP and then replace them with the newest version you’ve downloaded via your themeforest account.

    Deleting all Enfold files via FTP and replacing them didn’t solve the problem.
    According to documentation I have read, the Enfold theme has “lifetime free updates” but when I sign on and try to download the current version (3.6.1) it indicates there is an $11 charge. Am I at the correct place for the free download?

    Did you purchase the theme from themeforest? There is a 6 months support fee but I don’t think that’s $11. Please contact themeforest for clarification.
