Hi there,
In my website http://www.guest.simplychillout.com two pages (in EN, DE, IT language alike) won’t display at all. They just keep loading… I have switched off all the plugins but nothing helped. Now I changed the Child Theme to the master theme and they display fine, as do they with other themes.
Please help! Thank you.

PatriciaJanuary 11, 2016 at 1:17 pm #563077Hi!
Disabled the WP Rocket plugin and checked for issue. Not sure why it is still not loading. Have requested one of our theme developers to check out the issue.
Mean while request you to install a clone plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicate-post/ and re-create the pages with loading issue by cloning them and check it out.
Best regards,
VinayJanuary 11, 2016 at 2:28 pm #563156Hi,
I cloned both pages which didn’t work, but the problem stays the same – the pages still don’t display at all.January 12, 2016 at 10:16 pm #564178Hi!
there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/

AndyJanuary 14, 2016 at 10:56 am #565311Hi,
The problem is not related to corrupted files.
I deleted the theme (master & child) and reinstalled and tested first the master, and then the child. None of them worked as I would have expected – the problem persists. What worked though was when I deactivated the flag “Page Preloading” in the “Theme Options”. So there is a problem there that should be fixed, both in the master and child theme setup. My page is quite slow and I need to preload an image to keep visitors waiting ….
Please advise what’s next. Thank you.
January 18, 2016 at 8:58 pm #567368Hi!
I checked link your provided here and it seems they are loading fine for me. So could you fix it?
You are using WP Rocket Cache Plugin, so go into plugin’s settings and choose to switch off caching. Afterwards clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times.
Are we allowed to deactivate all your plugins temporarily?
Cheers!
AndyJanuary 19, 2016 at 11:06 am #567747Hi,
I already tried to switch off the most obvious plugins, in particular the WP Rocket Cache Plugin. Nothing changed …
Please DO NOT make any changes to the setup right now, as I am migrating to the productive site. I will let you know in a few days, when you are free to test again. Thanks!
PatriciaJanuary 19, 2016 at 12:21 pm #567779We looking forward to hearing from you :)
