pages showing up in subfolders rather than root URL

I installed Enfold on a new site.

I installed two of the demos … because I liked some pages from each.

Now I’m having issues with all the pages (other than home) showing up in subfolders.

The main home page shows up at:
https://www.westsalemholistichealingcenter.com – as it should
But every other page that I create shows up like it’s in a sub folder, even though I say “no parent” in the settings.
Sometimes it is in the subfolder /index.php/
Other times it is in the subfolder /index.php/pages/
HELP!!!!!!!
