It seems on a few pages, what I’ve set up is no longer showing. I thought it may have been a plugin issue so I turned them all of. I checked for Malware, that appears clean. The only other thing I can think of is the theme is not working.
I set up a home splash page and the only thing showing is the email form. All work done via Enfold is not showing. I set up an “artists’ page and again, enfold work is not showing. Elements on a sample page no longer show.
It only appears to be effect these three pages. Which I find odd…but one never knows!
Check out the links to see what I mean.

May we have temporary admin access to your website so we can take a closer look?
Cheers!

November 2, 2015 at 9:16 am #528300Hi,
Thanks for the login. Could you try to disable all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict please? Especially your caching plugin.
Thanks,
RikardNovember 2, 2015 at 1:42 pm #528455Hey Rikard,
That was the first thing I did prior to contacting you guys. I’ll disable them again and leave them off.
November 2, 2015 at 1:45 pm #528457Ok, all have been deactivated..
November 3, 2015 at 5:26 am #528984Hi,
Could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

RikardNovember 3, 2015 at 2:40 pm #529281I’ve gone into my server. It’s looking odd. I can’t find the word press folder for the main website 41Records and it looks like a bunch of files are all over the place.
However, all of my other word press sites within the main site (sub folders/sub site, they are all fine!
November 3, 2015 at 5:21 pm #529487It appears that my WP-admin folder and my WP-content folder are not visible when I use my ftp client software. But, when I go into my C-panel direct to the server, it’s all there.
November 4, 2015 at 8:38 am #529785November 4, 2015 at 3:22 pm #530069Nope, I can’t see/find the folder with my ftp client. I guess I can do it direct to the server but that’s painfully slow.
November 5, 2015 at 7:53 pm #531159Hi!
which ftp client are you using? I recommend filezilla. Maybe you can ask your host about why your folders are not visible.

AndyNovember 5, 2015 at 9:14 pm #531192Hey Andy,
I’m using Transmit as my ftp client. It seems my site has gotten an injection!! Soo, I’m working to get things cleaned up. Once done. It might resolve the problem with Enfold. If not, I’ll repost. After I do a fresh install.
Until then, thanks team,
David
