I’m working in the Enfold Child main menu.
Unfortunately, not all menu entries are loading.
(‘get-in-touch’, ‘practise-area’, … are missing)

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

Thanks for that, let’s stick to one problem at a time. I can’t see any problems with your main menu, the menu items added on the page in private are all showing up as expected on the frontend. Could you try explaining the problem a bit further please?

Thank you for your patience, to show a footer menu please choose which menu you want to show in the footer at WordPress ▸ Appearance ▸ Menus ▸ Manage Locations
You can not add KONTAKT to your menu because it is set to private
The same is true for your page Kursbücher, and Footer Template.Best regards,

To use a footer page instead of the default footer and widgets please select your footer page at Enfold Theme Options ▸ Footer ▸ Default Footer & Socket Settings ▸ Select a page to replace footer and keep socket
To add a footer menu please select one at WordPress ▸ Menus ▸ Manage Locations ▸ Footer MenuBest regards,

To add a link to your footer page from the main menu, please add a custom link with the URL #footer-template

In your footer page if you want to change the text or links in the text element which contain About | Imprint | Contact | Terms
you would do so manually in that text element.
I’m not sure what you mean by: And where do I fill these bullet points with content?
Since you are going to manually change the text in the links to: Über I Impressum I Kontakt I Haftungsausschluss on the footer page, I imagine that you are asking to change the content of these pages, you would do so by manually editing the pages.

You do have a page Haftungsausschluss or Terms created yet, so you will need to create one.
You do have a page IMPRESSUM and Privacy Policy, which is in draft, so you could modify and use one of these.
If you go to WordPress ▸ Settings ▸ Privacy ▸ Select a Privacy Policy page you can choose which page to use.

Sorry, I don’t understand what you mean, the links in your text element on your footer page is not affected by the menu structure and I don’t see Impressum in your main menu.
Perhaps adding a screenshot would help.Best regards,

Thanks for your screenshot, but I didn’t find this on any of your posts or pages.
Did you take the screenshot from our demo? I so that text block was in the Footer Template page which you have edited on your site already and doesn’t exist now so it won’t show on your site.Best regards,

Correct, when editing a text element, clicking on a link will not take you there it will give you the option to edit it:

Typically the first step is to set it at Enfold Theme Options ▸ General Layout ▸ Fonts and I see that you have:
I then check your homepage and one of your posts and all text and menu items and links are Montserrat, try clearing your browser cache and include a screenshot of the elegant not using the Montserrat font, and paste the image URL in your post so we can assist.
Please note that iPads & iPhones can be hard to clear the cache, often you need to also clear the history to fully purge the cache, following these steps for Safari and note Step 4 where you will Clear the History.Best regards,

On your footer page you had an inline font in the span of the text:
I removed for you and now Montserrat shows.
I also corrected the pages:
– Kursbücher
– Investigatives Coaching
I believe this span is being added when you paste your content into the text element, try pasting the text into the “text” tab of the text element so the style won’t be added or if you see this again go to the text tab and remove the span.
Please clear your browser cache and check.
