    I have a problem with pages editing. I can’t do anything in pages edit mode.
    I already tried some method like update theme, deactive plugins…. but it doesn’t work.
    Please see my web site & figure out what the problem is.

    We are seeing this as well on a client’s site. We can create new pages but when editing the same pages the editor doesn’t load.

    I’ve followed the suggestions on the linked page but doesn’t help. We use this theme on several other client sites and it works fine.

    Console shows some JS errors, ie:
    Error messages

    Does this help shed some light?

    As ChocChipDigital, I already saw those linked suggestions and followed them.
    Today, I did it twice. but it’s still the same.
    Please give me a better solution.

    Hi,

    There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

    Hi Andy, we have replaced the entire theme folder with a fresh download via FTP and the problem persists.

    We are using GoDaddy managed hosting and we have several other client sites on the same setup and they work fine. No other plugins are enabled at all, it’s basically a fresh install. And as mentioned, the editor works when first creating a page but NOT when editing.

    I’ve captured the errors again and they are the same as the screenshot posted above.

    Can you please log into the site and check you can reproduce and see if you can recommend a solution? I have provided FTP and WP login details.

    Hi Andy – Please ensure it is SFTP (secure/ssh FTP) on port 22, normal FTP is not enabled on GoDaddy’s server.
