    Hi,

    Since today the pagebuilder is not loading anymore on one of the sites I’m working on. I did the following to try to solve the issue:

    – Disabled all plugins, pagebuilder still not working
    – Uploaded Enfold theme files to server, didn’t solve the issue
    – Reset permalink

    What else can I try to solve this?

    Hi Yigit,

    Indeed, it works fine when I log in with the Enfold account but not with my own account. Any idea how to fix this?
    You can check with my account.

    Hi!

    This is a weird issue. Did you try another account? Please try to delete the current account then create another. Make sure that the user role is set to Administrator.
