I literally spent the day trying to fix a page size that was stuck at 910 width for some weird reason. I tried absolutely everything…clearing cache, turning off caching at the host entirely through cpanel and pressing them about it, replacing the Enfold theme folders entirely, taking out all styling, taking out all child theme coding and all css…even importing settings from another site to try to get the width of the other site to pull into this one…ll to no avail.
Here is what finally fixed it just for the next person who has this problem. Change your dimensions to 100% and save. For me that changed my site width. Then change them to your desired pixel width and resave. It took me 2 times going through those steps but it finally worked, and I wasted hours on this problem today. I think the site got “set” at 910 when I mistakenly selected a boxed color choice in the style settings area; even though I changed it back right away, the site just would not let go of that setting no matter what I did.
I’m sure it’s a caching issue rather than a theme issue but if it saves someone else 5 hours of frustration, there you go.

Could you provide us with a link to the site in question so that we can take a closer look please?
Best regards,
RikardMarch 4, 2016 at 6:10 pm #593431Hi Rikard. Sorry about that. The site was realfreshbuild.com/sandbox2, but I was able to fix it by changing the dimensions to 100%, then back to the size I wanted. Just as a side note, I was working in another Enfold site, on another host, (realfreshclient.com/village) that did the same thing, this time the new width setting was even more narrow. I had to do the same thing there to get it fixed. There isn’t any use looking at either site, it is fixed on both at this point.
The width both sites seemed to take on seemed to be width of a main container area WHEN THERE’S A SIDEBAR on the page, even though there’s no sidebar on the page.
My best guess is user error (the user being me after all); I have such high belief in Enfold that I generally doubt a bug. Possibly it was my putting in a width without a “px” at the end that originally caused the problem? Why it wouldn’t take on a new size after that, though, I’m not sure; all I know is, in both cases I had to the width to 100%, rather than a pixel width, in order to unlock the problem and get it to “take” a new pixel width.
March 4, 2016 at 6:13 pm #593435Hey!
If you are sure that you added px or %, please make sure that you do not have any error in your custom CSS. That breaks custom page width as well.
If you are having the issue on any of your sites, please create a temporary admin login and post it here privately so we can look into it :)Regards,
