Hi Rikard,
As per your request. I have opened a thread instead.
The Page ‘Policyholders Selling Policy’ doesn’t seems to display as it should be.
Please refer to Point 1 to 5 – This is the content inside and what it should display as per saved in the page. But then when view in browser, it display differently. Some information went missing while others are shown on the wrong tab section. URL: https://www.repsholdings.com.sg/policyholders-selling-policy/ – Please refer to point 6 to 10

BerlindaDecember 3, 2021 at 3:54 pm #1331476Hey RepsHoldings,
The shortcodes for that element doesn’t validate for some reason, and it might be due to incomplete html markup. Like this in the second tab for example:
<li style="list-style-type: none;"> <ul> <li style="list-style-type: none;"> <ul> <li style="list-style-type: none;"> <ul> <li style="list-style-type: none;"> <ul> <li style="list-style-type: none;"> <ul> <li style="list-style-type: none;"> <ul> <li style="list-style-type: none;"></li> </ul> </li> </ul> </li> </ul> </li> </ul> </li> </ul> </li> </ul> </li> </ul>
Could you try to clean up all unnecessary html which you can find in your content please?
Best regards,

Please enable debug mode so that we can copy your content to a test page: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode

BerlindaDecember 7, 2021 at 4:12 pm #1331872Hi,
There were a lot of open paragraphs in the content, for example:
<p style="text-align: center;">Go through the checklist below against your policy. <p style="text-align: center;">Verdict and quotation presented for decision making. <p style="text-align: center;">Once the verdict has been evaluated, a representative will contact you to inform if REPs Holdings is able to buy in your policy. From thereon, it will be your decision whether to proceed with the presented quotation. <p style="text-align: center;">Book an appointment for the absolute assignment process. <p style="text-align: center;">Upon the decision to proceed, you can book an appointment to meet our representative at the Insurer's service centre. The whole absolute assignment process will only take 20 minutes Thereafter, an immediate payment will be given to you via cheque.
Closing those did not fix the problem though. Can we disable plugins for debugging purposes?

RikardDecember 10, 2021 at 9:41 am #1332253Hi Rikard,
I have already done that before seeking help here. There isn’t any issues with the plugins. If it is plugins causing the problem, this page (https://www.repsholdings.com.sg/for-financial-advisers/) should not display correctly as well since it is using the same tab section in layout elements.

BerlindaDecember 10, 2021 at 12:05 pm #1332293Hi,
I’ve tested your content on two different test installations, and it’s working on both sites. Please see private. That means that the problem is local to your site, but we’re not sure exactly what it is. That means that we would have to try general debugging, and deactivating plugins would be part of that process. You might want to try and recreate the element, as that would likely take less time and effort, rather than finding the cause.

RikardDecember 13, 2021 at 11:08 am #1332552Hi Rikard,
I have already tested by replicating the whole page – https://www.repsholdings.com.sg/selling-your-policy/ from https://www.repsholdings.com.sg/policyholders-selling-policy/
Apparently, the form in the code block is causing this issue. But previously, the form is able to integrate into the tab section.
Please advise on this.Regards,
BerlindaDecember 14, 2021 at 6:40 am #1332711Hi,
Thanks for the update. I’m seeing the same thing on both the pages you linked to, did you remove the code block from both of them? If you need further help, then please create a test page where we can see the actual problem. Also, which form did you add in the code block? If the problem is caused by third party code or a plugin, then our support is limited unfortunately.
Best regards,
Rikard -
