    Hi there,

    I’m trying to update my pages into my ENFOLD theme, but for some reason I can’t go through.
    I can do changes on my page in the backend, but as soon as I click the update button, they disappear and the page goes back to its original state.

    I’ve got this issue on some modules, not on all of them. One of the modules I am struggling with is the Easy Slider module.
    I recorded a video so you can understand my problem. I will put the link in te Moderators only Private Content.

    Could you please help ?

    Hey elegiaque,
    Thank you for the video, I’m not sure what could be causing this, but perhaps it is a caching issue, does your website server use a “object” cache such as Memcached, Redis, Varnish, Litespeed?
    Can you disable it temporarily? If your not sure, perhaps the first place to start is to try disabling all of your plugins, and test again. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the conflict.
    If this doesn’t help, then leave all of your plugins disabled and go to your server and see if you can clear the server cache or temporarily disabled it, if your not sure then try asking your web host support. If you don’t have a server cache or you are able to disable it and the issue still happens, please include an admin login in the Private Content area so we can investigate further.
    Please also tell us what web host you are using, perhaps this will help us investigate.

    So I’ve done everything you suggested but it has not worked :(

    Thank you for the info.

    We were able to reproduce the issue but we are not yet sure what is causing it. Have you tried disabling the JetBackup plugin temporarily?

    Hi Ismael,

    Yes I have tried and disable JetBackup plugin. Actually I installed it only yesterday evening before giving you the admin info. And before I installed it I disabled all pluggins and the issue remained.

    Hi,
    Thanks for the feedback I disabled your JetBackup plugin and then followed the steps in your video and the easy slider saved correctly, now there is only the image of the white car in your slider. Please clear your browser cache and check.
