When i change the pagetitle it is not showing in google results. The page subscription does show in google result. In the browser tabs is the correct title visible.
I use all in one seo plug in but it looks like wp/enfold blocks the change.Hey soef,
In what time frame are you checking the results? Changes in seach engine results can take weeks to change.

Consider to re-send your Site Map to google, so it can have it updated as fast as possible.Thanks a lot

Google results shows my name in three words (xxx yyy zzz) as pagetitle. And I didn’t put my name in the pagetitle. My name is my website as xxxyyyzzz.nl

No, there is nothing like that in the theme and I’ve never heard of anyone experiencing a problem like that before either. Did you check your settings under Settings->General to check what your site tagline is? Like we wrote before, SERPS can be very slow to update so I think you might have to wait a bit longer or take the advice from Basilis to resend your sitemap to hopefully speed things up.
