    Ever since we updated to new version of Enfold the page templates within the Avia Layout Builder do not load. Error message is:

    Error fetching content – please reload the page and try again

    Is this a bug? Is there a fix?

    Never mind. The Enfold update had not been installed. Installed it and templates now working…

    I am having this problem too. I have all updates and it’s giving me this error too.

    Hi,


    @weightfreewellness     please open a new thread and please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend. The private data field is only visible to the moderators and the creator of the thread.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.
