    Hello,
we have had some problems recently. But no idea what’s going on.

Our Google Pagespeed has dropped massively.

Issue 1: Postpending “Unvisible Images”. We have activated the function Lazy Load via the cache plugin “WP Rocket”. That worked until recently. This is no longer possible for a reason we can not explain.

Problem 2: Our WebP images are no longer displayed. Via the plugin “Shortpixel” we activated the function “Using the <PICTURE> tag syntax”. Then the <PICTURE> tag was automatically inserted in all posts. The WebP were then displayed easily.
But now everything seems to be the same again. The images are built in as follows:

    [caption id = "attachment_38227" align = "alignnone" width = "1068"] <a href="https://phototravellers.com/wp-content/sample. jpg"> <img src="https://phototravellers.com/wp-content/sample.jpg" alt="DJI Omso Pocket" /> </a> The iPhone XS [/ caption]

Both problems occurred in my opinion at the same time. So I think it’s not because of one of the plugins.

We have only recently installed the child theme. Before that we had none. Is that a possible mistake? I have already issued the child theme, but the errors remain.

    many Greetings Florian

    Hey Florian,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,
    Basilis
