Hey! We updated our enfold theme and our page is not working at all.

Deleted the theme and uploaded again- the same result.

Any suggestions?

I just moved to shoutbox for a while to remove enfold and upload again. We are using enfold.

Hi!

Can you please try to increase the allocated memory to 128M: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
You can contact your service provider and they can do it for you.
And try renaming “plugins” folder inside wp-content folder via FTP

Any other suggestions why the new version is not working while the 1.9.1. did as well as other themes?

Updated the latest version of WordPress and now it is working!
