I tried updating a webpage this morning on the following site:
The page in question was this one: https://www.monmouthyoungrugby.co.uk/boot-swap/
I simply tried replacing the following text: Monmouth Young Rugby Club operates a Boot Swap Scheme. Simply bring in a pair of clean boots to swap for a bigger size and pay £5.00 or if you do not have a pair to swap pay £7.00 for a pair.
I saved the file, updated the site and logged out. The client later informed me that the site had not changed? I came home and logged back in and he was right the page had not changed so I have tried doing the same change again… When I save the page it takes me to the root of the Posts section? and the changes I have made and tried to save are not complete?

My server hosts have disabled plugins, to try and resolve this but nothing has worked?So I have 25 licenses for Enfold and use it because I love the theme – It is wholely unacceptable to not even get an answer nearly 24 hours after posting a question. I have resolved this with help from elsewhere but wonder why there has been no response from the Enfold Support team which I have paid for in buying the theme?

Thanks for using Enfold. You posted your question on a Sunday and most moderators don’t work on weekends, we are human too and we need time off work. This reply comes less that 21 hours after you posted your question which we consider acceptable, though we strive for better response times than that of course.
