Hi Guys,
for some strange reasons I just put together a page that is not responsive, while the rest of the site is.
I thought it was maybe some plugin conflict so I deactivated many and tried again, yet still the same result.
Can you take a look into it and let me know why this is happening and above all, how do I fix that?
Thank you,
Antonio
PS: Site is http://www.vacationrentalworldsummit.com/
and not responsive page is http://www.vacationrentalworldsummit.com/black-friday-2015/November 19, 2015 at 10:45 am #538844I think I found a first hint on the problem: page is not responsive if I select the “Blank- no header, no footer” template in the Page Attribute. Once I set it back to default, page is responsive again.
The problem though is that if you look at the http://www.vacationrentalworldsummit.com/black-friday-2015/ as is now, with the Default Template selected in the page attribute, there is always a big empty space at the top which makes the headline show too low. In other words I guess somehow the space occupied by the missin header is still showing up and I would like it not to show up at least in this specific page.
How do i go about that?
This would also solve the issue of the fullwidth submenu item not staying where I originally placed it (at the bottom of the page) and for which I opened another support thread. Basically, I wanted the footer to show, but needed the header to be hidden and the only way I could do this withouth having the empty header space showing up, was to select the Blank Template and try to add a secondary submenu at the bottom to show as a footer. But that didn’t work.
So in essence, I just need at this point to know how do I make the empty space at the top of the header disappear :)
Thanks for your help.

Posting again, just gets the post back to the bottom and makes it hard for us to check it and work on it.
Can you please mark the area you want to make smaller, because after that long message it is hard for us to understand what you mean and where the issue located.
Thanks a lot for your patience.
Cheers!
BasilisNovember 20, 2015 at 10:33 pm #539978Sorry about that,
actually I wanted to delete my last comment but I was unable to do it, reason why the dots and the question mark appear.Anyhow, if you look at http://www.vacationrentalworldsummit.com/black-friday-2015/
you’ll see how the top section of the page, the one with the headline “15 INVALUABLE TRAINING SESSIONS AT ONE LOW PRICE (Only 100 available at this special Black Friday price)” has a big empty space above.I would like to reduce that space. That’s it.
Thanks

Sorry for the late reply!
Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .page-id-2176 #av_section_1 .av-special-heading { margin-top: 5px; }}

YigitNovember 25, 2015 at 1:36 am #542078Thanks @Yigit.
Not sure it’s working as I applied it and nothing happened. However, i found a different solution in the meantime that works.
How about my other question here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/reverse-animated-numbers/
Hopefully there is a fix for that, (which is quite important and urgent, as the page goes live in 18 hours)
