    Hi, my page does not load since a couple of days, only an icon is rotating, if I change the theme it works, please help, thanks! The Enfold theme is up to date, so are the plugins.

    Hey tomerdelyi,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    Hi Nikko,

    I went through the pluggins, and found the one which blocked the site: WooCommerce Multilingual.
    I deactivated it. Can you please advise how I can make it work?

    Login details are not working, could you check and verify please?

    Just to clarify; the plugin is working with a default theme but not with Enfold?
