    Sorry for this comment but are Kriesi dropping the ball with their updates?
    v4.2.5 resulted in a white screen
    v4.2.6 does not display the widget sidebars correctly when there is a video embedded. Examples: http://mouse.uk.com/contact/ and http://mouse.uk.com/support/. There should be the company registration box underneath the video but it ‘shadows’ half way through the video image? How do we fix this please?

    We have 9 installations of Enfold and every time there is an update we have to check or refresh the sites so that things work again. Another example is the LayersliderWP. We always have to recreate the image links in the slider after each Enfold update.

    Apologies for this, but we cannot afford to spend hours on work we have already completed and it makes us think that we should be looking for other, more stable themes.

    Enfold used to be a great stable theme – please make it so, again :)

    Hey Neil,

    Can you please provide us with FTP Details also.

    And no – we do not drop the ball with the updates. We are actually doing the best we can to get thing shorted out the best.
    That is why we need also FTP access, to make sure we do not get a sudden death to your page :)

    Hi,

    I did now, sorry for the delay :)
    I would need a staging ( as there should exist ) to make sure although I can work without braking something.
    PHP version could be one thing 0- but we would need to discuss more on diging into it.

    What is a ‘staging’ and ‘PHP Version’ references?

    Hi,

    PHP version is the version of php into your server – hosting provider should could help you more.

    Staging is a demo area which you could use it.

    Here is the code you can put in Enfold > General Styling > Quick Css,  if it does not work, put into themes/enfold/css/custom.css
