Hi,
I want to display a page as the footer. I created the page and then went to Enfold settings and clicked on Footer and selected “Select a page to display as footer and socket” and hit save. I then went to the home page and selected “use selected page to display as footer and socket”, updated the page but nothing is changing. Not sure what I am missing here. Thanks.

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of Enfold which is currently 4.8.2 – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/.
If you are, could you please create temporary admin logins and post them here privately so we can look into it? :)

The page I created to use as footer is called “footer”
I changed the setting on theme settings > footer
I went to home page and changed setting to use selected footer page
updated to latest enfold theme

Thank you for the info.
We noticed that the footer.php file has been modified in the child theme directory, which might be the reason why the settings are not working correctly. Please try to disable the footer.php file template in the child theme temporarily, or make sure that it contains the latest code or changes. Let us know if it helps.
We also reset the Settings > Reading options to default and selected the front and blog page via the Enfold > Theme Options.
