    I’m not sure what happened but suddenly the entire content of one of our pages won’t load and the newsletter widget isn’t appearing on the Home page. Everything had been working fine.

    Thanks, Josue. I downloaded the WordPress file from Themeforest again and used FileZilla to upload and overwrite the Enfold theme. No change.

    I posted my login info in the private area of the first support request. Do you see it?

    I solved the issue of the widget on the home page. As for the Thanks page loading blank, I removed the Media Element “Partner/Logo Element” and the page worked fine. I am uncomfortable deactivating the existing plugins since they are all important and have specific settings. We would have to reset set each of the plugins including forms from Gravity Forms. Would like to avoid unnecessary re-work. The problem seems to be the Partner/Logo Element.

    Thanks, Josue! I’m not sure what to say. I tested it as well on a new page and it didn’t work. <sigh> Not sure what to say now. It’s like taking your car to the mechanic because the engine rattles but when you get there, the engine purrs like a kitten.
