    Is there a way to get the page to load at the top instead of at the level of the first menu item? Here is a link so you can see what I mean: http://redirecycling.com/

    It consistently loads at Public Depots instead of the top.

    Can you please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps? It seems like “WP Store Locator” plugin is causing the issue

    No, you will not as long as you do not remove plugin with all its data :)
