    Hi,
    The page loader was not working, then seemed to start working again so I cancelled first ticket. Now when I add a new color section and/or anything inside of it or to the page, the page just hangs and does not load. All plugins are deactivated, It is only a one page site, I must get this completed. Please help resolve. Login information submitted.

    The Advanced Layout Builder seems to load on your end.

    Which page should we be looking at?

    Can you make a small screencast of the issue, please?

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. You are getting a 406 error on the file in private, could you try reaching out to your hosting provider to see if they know why that is please?

    Also please try to activate debug mode in order to see builder shortcodes: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode, then copy all the shortcodes to a new page.
